We make every effort to dispatch your items promptly. Expect a processing period of 3-5 days before your order is shipped. The duration of shipping can differ depending on where you are located. You can typically find the shipping times listed on the individual product pages. If shipping durations aren't mentioned, please anticipate an approximate delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Tracking numbers are usually updated 3-5 days following the shipment of your order. If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us via email.

Delivery durations depend on your geographical location. While most shipping times are detailed on the product pages, if not specified, please expect an approximate delivery window of 2-4 weeks.

We provide a full refund guarantee for defective or damaged products. You can return items within 30 days from the purchase date. If it has been longer than 30 days, we are unable to offer a credit, refund, or exchange. Returns must be sent back at your expense. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase price. Please make sure to include your name and order number on the return package. Please be aware: If your order is currently in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before sending it back for a refund.

We generally cannot provide changes, store credit, refunds, or cancellations for orders until they are delivered, except under certain special circumstances. If you believe your situation may warrant a refund before your order ships, please contact us via email within 8 hours of placing your order, and we will endeavor to assist you as best we can.

If you notice that your address has been misspelled or incorrectly auto-filled, please respond to your order confirmation email to confirm the details. If upon review, the address is incorrect, inform us via email. We are able to update the address to the correct one if notified within 8 hours. Please note that no refunds will be issued for incorrect submissions after this 8-hour window.
